Prof. Paloma Mohamed Martin is the 11th Vice-Chancellor of the University of Guyana, the most youthful and first woman to ever hold the post in the University’s 59 year history. She is a highly decorated scholar and artist. She is a sought after strategist and change specialist having done her Ph.D specialisation in those areas.
