Mrs Juanita Cameron-Charles is a Guidance Counsellor at the University of Guyana and the holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master of Arts degree with a specific focus on Trauma Assessment and Intervention. She has over ten years experience in providing guidance and psychological support to children, adolescents and adults during periods of crisis and life transitions.

As a health care provider, Mrs Cameron-Charles is very passionate about mental health care and the provision of social support and care for persons diagnosed with mental illness.
