Melissa Fleming is an Instructional Designer at the College of Southern Maryland and an adjunct instructor for the First Year Seminar. She holds a master’s degree in Instructional Technology and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. As part of the Distance Learning team, she helps faculty design engaging, accessible courses and explore innovative ways to enhance learning through new design capabilities.
